REQUIREMENTS: What are the user requirements for filing documents via CM/ECF?

1. One must be an attorney admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
2. Advanced registration with the Court is required for the purpose of obtaining a CM/ECF user ID and secure password. You may register online.
3. A PACER user ID and secure password must be obtained by contacting the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) service center at 1-800-676-6856. They may also be contacted online at pacer.psc.uscourts.gov.
