TECHNICAL INFORMATION: What should I do if I have successfully registered for ECF but have not been receiving the Notice of Electronic Filing (NEF) emails?
First, contact the Clerk's Office and inform them that you are not receiving NEFs.
- Some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) automatically treat NEFs as spam. Therefore, check with your provider to determine if this is the case.
- Your email system may be automatically sending NEFs directly to your trash folder. If this is the case, consult with your ISP to determine how to change this setting.
- Contact your local Clerk's Office if technical problems persist.
