In state court, government employees are excluded from jury service. Are we also excluded from jury service in federal courts?

No. Unless you are a public officer in the executive, legislative, or judicial branches of the government of the United States, or any state, district territory, possession or subdivision thereof, actively engaged in the performance of official duties.
