ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE: What options are available to me regarding the maintenance of my CM/ECF account?
Account maintenance options are available through the UTILITIES menu. In addition to several PACER options, attorneys can maintain two aspects of their FLND CM/ECF account including their primary and secondary email addresses and their login and password.
Note that attorneys have the option when applying for a CM/ECF account to request that their FLND login name match that of another district. Therefore, the Office of the Clerk of Court asks that attorneys try to refrain from modifying their login name after the fact.
Attorney cannot maintain their address information through UTILITIES. Instead, address update information should be communicated to the Clerk of Court via fax, email, or a pleading. Administrative staff will update your account accordingly.
