After nearly 50 years of distinguished service to the Court, the Federal Judiciary, and the people of Florida and the United States, on February 15, 2025, the Honorable William Henry Stafford, Jr., will assume inactive status as a United States District Judge. As a result of this change, the clerk is hereby directed to reassign the cases below to United States District Judge Robert L. Hinkle.
